Acts Retirement-Life Community sold the asset, as it did not fit the nonprofit owner-operator’s usual business model of continuing care retirement communities. An undisclosed buyer paid $20 million for the property.
MADISON, Wis. — ERDMAN has hired Isaac Wallace to join the Madison-based architectural studio as a design project manager. In his new role, Wallace will work with the firm’s senior living team.
