DELRAY BEACH, Fla. — Beztak is underway on the development of a new luxury senior living community in Delray Beach.
Upon completion, All Seasons Delray will total 153 units, with 92 independent living apartments and 61 assisted living residences. Amenities at the property will include a swimming pool, landscaped courtyard, upscale pub and dining venues, theater, library, game room, fitness center, pottery and art studios, activity spaces and an on-site medical center.
ANF is serving as the construction manager for the project. “This community reflects a new standard in senior living, pairing resort-quality amenities with thoughtful design, health-focused spaces and an environment that supports both independence and care,” says Al Fernandez, CEO of ANF.
Completion of the development is scheduled for the first quarter of 2028.
