CHICAGO — Blueprint has brokered the sale of a 409-unit senior living portfolio located in primary and secondary markets in Arizona and Utah. According to Blueprint, occupancy at the communities comprising the portfolio was at 75 percent at the time of sale.
A non-publicly traded REIT acquired the portfolio for an undisclosed price.
Amy Sitzman, Jake Rice and Giancarlo Riso of Chicago-based Blueprint arranged the transaction on behalf of the undisclosed seller.
