SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of three skilled nursing facilities totaling 193 beds throughout rural Wisconsin.
Blueprint represented the seller, Sioux Falls-based The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society, a nonprofit owner-operator for which the assets represented a non-core disposition.
The portfolio consists of 162 skilled nursing beds, 19 independent living units and 12 age-restricted apartments. The facilities were originally built in the late 1960s but maintained strong revenue numbers.
Blueprint positioned the value-add offering as an opportunity for the incoming buyer to grow a regional platform, eventually selecting a growing owner-operator as the buyer. The price was not disclosed.
Amy Sitzman and Michael Segal of Blueprint facilitated the transaction.
