PHOENIX — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of two seniors housing campuses totaling 384 beds/units in metro Phoenix.
The seller was Sioux Falls, South Dakota-based The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society, a nonprofit owner-operator. An affiliate of The Ensign Group bought the properties for an undisclosed price.
The assets feature 208 skilled nursing beds and 176 independent/assisted living units, and were built in various stages from the mid-1970s to early 2000s. The specific names and locations were not released.
