LIBERTY, Mo. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has negotiated the lease with a new operator for Ashton Court Care and Rehabilitation Centre in the Kansas City suburb of Liberty.
The property features a total of 140 skilled nursing beds. The operator sought to exit the state of Missouri to focus on its core markets.
The incoming tenant has worked with Blueprint to become operator at 15 other facilities previously, and is strategically expanding within Missouri. The landlord is a REIT.
