DALLAS — Caddis, a healthcare real estate firm headquartered in Dallas, has hired Christine Gorham as director, Southeast region.
In her new role, Gorham will focus on growing Caddis’ development, acquisition and property management portfolios in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia. Based out of the Atlanta area, she will also provide tenant and landlord services for healthcare lease transactions.
Gorham has more than 28 years of experience in medical operations, including 18 years in the healthcare real estate sector. Previous positions include CEO and partner of Atlanta-based Eastwood Real Estate Services LLC, director of leasing and asset management with the Atlanta office of SRS Investments, and leasing and property manager with Atlanta-based Northside Hospital. She has extensive experience in construction, project, property and leasing management; site selection; budgeting; marketing; capital improvements; and due diligence for acquisitions, investor relationships and lender activities.
Gorham earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. She also has earned a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
