ARLINGTON, Texas — Dallas-based real estate firm Caddis has opened Heartis Arlington, an 81-unit assisted living and memory care community in Arlington.
Portland, Ore.-based Frontier Management will operate the 67,000-square-foot community. Caddis developed and owns the property.
Austin-based Pi Architects Inc. designed the project, which Weis Buildings constructed. UMB Bank NA provided construction debt financing.
Caddis launched the Heartis brand in 2013 and has since opened 13 communities under the brand in Georgia, Illinois and Texas since then.
