WACO, Texas — Caddis, a Dallas-based developer, has opened Heartis Waco, an 81-unit seniors housing community in Waco.
Caddis owns the 70,000-square-foot community, which Oregon-based Frontier Management will operate. It was not disclosed how the 81 units are split along the continuum of care.
The architect for the project was Austin-based Katus LLC and the general contractor was Cameron-based EBCO General Contractor Ltd.
Caddis has now opened or is currently developing 12 Heartis-branded communities, with the majority located in Texas.
