DOTHAN, Ala. — Methodist Homes of Alabama & Northwest Florida has hired Patrick Davies as the executive director of Wesley Place on Honeysuckle, a skilled nursing facility in Dothan, located in the southeast portion of the state near the Florida and Georgia borders.
SPANISH FORT, Ala. — Acts Retirement-Life Communities Inc. has affiliated with Presbyterian Retirement Corp., which owns and operates Westminster Village, a 341-unit continuing care retirement community in Spanish Fort, located just across the bay from Mobile.
LUBBOCK, Texas, HUNTSVILLE, Ala., and ROME, Ga. — Walker & Dunlop Inc. has arranged a total of $46.9 million in loans for Crown Point Health Suites in Lubbock, Regency Retirement Village in Huntsville and Regency Riverwood Senior Living in the Atlanta suburb of Rome.
