SUNNYVALE, Texas — Civitas Senior Living has broken ground on Long Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care, a 75-unit community in the Dallas suburb of Sunnyvale.

DENVER — Northstar Commercial Partners, a Denver-based developer, has broken ground on a 74-unit assisted living and memory care community in Denver.

RIVERVIEW, Fla. — NorthMarq Capital has arranged $14.2 million in construction financing for Twin Creeks Assisted Living Facility, a 96-bed assisted living community in the Tampa suburb of Riverview.

NEW YORK CITY — Welltower Inc. (NYSE: HCN) and Hines have purchased a development site at 139 E. 56th St. in Midtown Manhattan for an undisclosed price. The new owners plan to build a 15-story assisted living and memory care community on the site.

FORT MYERS, Fla. — A joint venture between Fortress Ventures, Compass Real Estate and AIG Global Real Estate has broken ground on Thrive at Beachwalk, a 125-unit assisted living and memory care community in Fort Myers.

ORLAND PARK, Ill. — Owner/operator Heritage Enterprises and building Michuda Construction have opened Evergreen Senior Living at Parkview Campus, an assisted living and memory care community in Orland Park, approximately 25 miles southwest of Chicago.
