SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Ryan Cos., Cadence Living and a controlled affiliate of private investor Starwood Capital Group have started construction of Acoya Scottsdale at Troon, an independent living and assisted living community in the Troon neighborhood of Scottsdale.

ST. CLOUD, Minn. — Ryan Cos. has broken ground on Talamore, a 138-unit seniors housing community in St. Cloud, approximately 65 miles northwest of Minneapolis.

EUDORA, Kan. — Alcove Properties, a Lawrence, Kan.-based developer, has broken ground on The Homestead of Eudora, a 55-unit assisted living and memory care community.
