SOUTH ELGIN, Ill. — Spectrum Retirement Communities has started construction of Silver Glen Senior Living in South Elgin, approximately 40 miles west of Chicago.

GAITHERSBURG, Md. — HH Venture, a limited Partnership led by MRK Partners and operated by a Maryland native, recently transformed the Hyatt House Hotel in Gaithersburg into a 140-unit seniors housing community.

WELLINGTON, Fla. — ZOM Senior Living, in a venture with Liberty Senior Living, has acquired a 46-acre lakefront site in Wellington, a village in Palm Beach County. The companies plan to build a $180 million, multi-phase, mixed-use seniors housing community on the plot. 

CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio — A public-private partnership between The NRP Group and the City of Cuyahoga Falls has opened Brookside Residences, a mixed-income seniors housing community in Cuyahoga Falls, a suburb of Akron.

MESQUITE, Nev. — Mission Senior Living has broken ground on Mesa Valley Estates Assisted Living and Memory Care, a 78-unit community in Mesquite, near the Utah and Arizona borders.
