BROOKLINE, Mass. — Jewish Community Housing for the Elderly (JCHE) has announced plans for a 62-unit affordable seniors housing community in Brookline, a town just southwest of downtown Boston.

KAPOLEI, HAWAII — Gardena, Calif.-based Highridge Costa Cos., in partnership with Honolulu-based Coastal Rim Properties, has broken ground on Kulana Hale, a mixed-use and affordable seniors housing project in Kapolei. Designed by SVA Architects, Hawaiian Dredging Construction Co. is building the property.

LAKEWOOD, Colo. — The Ridge Senior Living has completed vertical construction of The Ridge at Pinehurst, an 18-acre independent living, assisted living and memory care community in the first-ring Denver suburb of Lakewood.

DALLAS — Adolfson & Peterson Construction has completed construction of Adora Midtown Park, a 77,132-square-foot senior living facility in Dallas.

CARSON, Calif. — Affirmed Housing has opened Bella Vita, a 65-unit affordable seniors housing community in Carson, located approximately 15 miles south of downtown Los Angeles.

ASPEN HILL, Md. — Pennrose has completed vertical construction of Pointe View at Aspen Hill, a 120-unit, mixed-income seniors housing community in Aspen Hill, located just north of Washington, D.C.
