MCCANDLESS, Pa. — CA Senior Living LLC, the senior housing investment and development division of Chicago-based CA Ventures, has started construction of a 179-unit seniors housing community in the Pittsburgh suburb of McCandless.

CONWAY, Ark. — Abby Development has broken ground on Ridgemere, a 92-unit seniors housing community in the Little Rock suburb of Conway.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Doster Construction Co. has completed construction of Arbours at Tumblin Creek, a 64-unit seniors housing community for military veterans in Gainesville.

ELK GROVE, Calif. — Koelsch Communities has announced plans for Laguna Springs Senior Community, a 240,000-square-foot seniors housing community in the Sacramento suburb of Elk Grove.
