AUSTIN, Texas — Austin-based developer W2 Real Estate Partners and its joint venture senior housing partner Bridgewood Property Co. have revealed plans for The Village at the Triangle, a 206-unit seniors housing community within the Triangle mixed-use development in Austin.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Doster Construction Co. has started construction of Arbours at Tumblin Creek, a 64-unit seniors housing community for military veterans in Gainesville.

WINTER GARDEN, Fla. — Sonata Senior Living, an Orlando-based owner/operator, has planned a 113-unit, $30 million community adjacent to its existing Serenades by Sonata memory care community in the Orlando suburb of Winter garden.

LIVINGSTON, N.J. — Brandywine Living and Wohlsen Construction have finished primary construction of a $50 million, 120-unit seniors housing community in Livingston, approximately 25 miles west of New York City.

MONTROSE, Colo. — Roaring Fork Lodge LLC has selected Denver-based architectural firm OZ Architecture to design Roaring Fork Lodge, a new independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Montrose, located in the southwestern portion of Colorado.
