DELAND, Fla. — Brookdale Senior Living has announced plans to add 32 memory care units and 42 assisted living units to Brookdale DeLand, the company’s community in DeLand, approximately 40 miles north of Orlando.

BRYAN, Texas — Parc Communities is currently building Parc at Traditions, a 159-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Bryan, near Texas A&M University approximately 100 miles east of Austin and northwest of Houston.

LIBERTY, Mo. — Developers have broken ground on Norterre, a multi-generational, master-planned community in the Kansas City suburb of Liberty.

WEST HARTFORD, Conn. — Brookdale Senior Living, the largest owner and operator of seniors housing in the United States, has announced plans to add 84 units of assisted living and memory care to its Brookdale Chatfield property in West Hartford.

AUGUSTA, Ga. — CR Properties LLC has released plans to build a 104-unit seniors housing community in Augusta, in eastern Georgia along the South Carolina border. Development costs were estimated at $18 million.

GLEN COVE, N.Y. — Pillar has provided a $32.5 million HUD loan for the rehabilitation of The Regency at Glen Cove, an assisted living community and memory care on Long Island. At the end of the project, the community will have 132 units.
