BROOMFIELD, Colo. — HFF has arranged $21.4 million in financing for The Avenues Crofton Park, a 90-unit independent living community in the Denver suburb of Broomfield.

ESSEX, Conn. — BMO Harris Bank’s Healthcare Real Estate Finance group has closed on a $12.3 million facility for TH Real Estate and LCS. The funds will finance the acquisition of Essex Meadows, a seniors housing community in Essex, approximately 35 miles southeast of Hartford.

CHICAGO — Walker & Dunlop Inc. has structured $13.9 million in financing for the acquisition of Willa Rawls Manor, an 11-story, 123-unit affordable seniors housing community in Chicago. 

FALMOUTH, Maine — PGIM Real Estate Finance has originated a financing package totaling $9.9 million for OceanView at Falmouth, an 80-acre seniors housing campus in the Portland suburb of Falmouth.

LINCOLN and OMAHA, Neb. — Lancaster Pollard Mortgage Co. has facilitated a refinancing between Protective Life Insurance Co. and Agemark Corp.

IRVINE, Calif. — American Healthcare Investors LLC and Griffin Capital Corp., the co-sponsors of Griffin-American Healthcare REIT IV, have arranged a new credit facility for the non-traded REIT.
