IRVINE, Calif. — HCP (NYSE: HCP), an Irvine-based healthcare REIT and the fourth-largest owner of seniors housing properties, has closed on a new $2 billion unsecured revolving credit facility.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Financing for seniors housing properties through the HUD Lean Section 232 mortgage insurance program saw a notable increase for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, with total volume jumping 20 percent over the previous year to $3.4 billion. 

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Lancaster Pollard has arranged $47.1 million in financing for Premier Senior Living. The loans will refinance debt on seven of Premier’s seniors housing facilities in the Southeast.
