LITTLETON, Colo. — Anthem Memory Care has named Angie Erickson as executive director of Willowbrook Place, a memory care community in the Denver suburb of Littleton. Erickson previously worked for Leisure Care, serving as sales manager and general manager of Denver’s Carillon at Belleview Station. She has also been general manager of MacKenzie Place in Colorado Springs and Treeo, a senior living community in Utah.

DENVER — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of two skilled nursing facilities in the Denver metro area and a third in Eastern Colorado. The portfolio totals 250 skilled nursing beds, as well as 25 assisted living units. LTC Properties sold the assets as part of its plan to divest all its Preferred Care-branded communities. The buyer is a private private company looking to expand its presence in Colorado, as well as its relationships with its third-party operators in the state. The price was not disclosed.
LAKEWOOD, Colo. — Evans Senior Investments (ESI) has arranged the sale of Lakewood Memory Care, a 46-unit memory care facility, for $8.5 million, or $185,000 per unit. Located 10 miles south of downtown Denver in Lakewood, the facility totals 52 beds. The property was built in 2016 and is 100 percent private pay. It was 75 percent occupied at the time of sale. The borrower is KSL Seniors, a developer/owner with communities in Colorado, Utah, Idaho and Oregon. The 51,000-square-foot community opened during in fourth-quarter 2019. GREELEY, Colo. — OZ Architecture has completed design work on WellAge Greeley, a 71,000-square-foot senior living community in Greeley, approximately 55 miles north of Denver. Rocky Mountain Senior Housing is developing the 92-unit community, which WellAge will operate. The property sits on 3.5 acres and will offer independent living, assisted living and memory care. NEW YORK CITY — New York-based Meridian Capital Group’s seniors housing and healthcare team has arranged $60 million in financing for two portfolios of memory care assets across Ohio, Georgia, South Carolina, Colorado, California and Tennessee. Ari Adlerstein, Ari Dobkin and Josh Simpson of Meridian negotiated the two transactions, which will refinance existing debt on the properties. In the first transaction, Meridian arranged $27.5 million for four memory care facilities totaling 264 beds in Ohio and Georgia.
