Greystar Completes 180-Unit Everleigh Duluth Active Adult Community in Georgia

DULUTH, Ga. — Greystar has opened Everleigh Duluth, a 180-unit active adult community in Duluth, a northeastern suburb of Atlanta. “The community is near the historic downtown, Duluth Town Green and the Chattahoochee River National Park, which offers some of the best hiking in Georgia, all just 30 minutes away from Atlanta,” says Malcolm Bemba-Kaye, regional property manager. The community features one-bedroom, two-bedroom and town flat floorplans. Everleigh Duluth has developed partnerships with Sugar Loaf Golf Course to host planned golf events and local spa services in Duluth Town Green.

McShane Completes 198-unit Covington Crossings Affordable Development in Covington, Georgia

COVINGTON, Ga. — McShane Construction Co. has completed work at Covington Crossings, a 198-unit affordable seniors housing community in Covington, approximately 35 miles east of Atlanta. Units are available in one- to three-bedroom options. Additionally, the property contains a surface-level parking lot with 208 spaces. Situated on a 13-acre site, the four-story building features wood frame construction with brick and cement siding. Martin Riley Associates provided architectural services for Covington Crossings.

Ziegler Arranges $170.6M in Bond Financing for Canterbury Court in Atlanta

ATLANTA — Ziegler has arranged a total of $170.6 million in bond financing for Canterbury Court, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Atlanta’s upscale Buckhead neighborhood. Canterbury Court was founded in the early 1960s by the All Saints Episcopal Church and St. Luke’s Episcopal Church. The community currently features 187 independent living apartments, 18 personal care apartments and 42 nursing care beds. The 200,000-square-foot, four-story community will offer 180 residential units.
