ZOM Senior Living, Liberty Senior Living Acquire 46 Acres in Florida for $180M Development

WELLINGTON, Fla. — ZOM Senior Living, in a venture with Liberty Senior Living, has acquired a 46-acre lakefront site in Wellington, a village in Palm Beach County. The companies plan to build a $180 million, multi-phase, mixed-use seniors housing community on the plot.
RED BANK, N.J. — Locust Point Capital has closed its debut fund, Locust Point Private Credit Fund LP. The company plans to provide subordinate debt, preferred equity, and opportunistic senior mortgage loans to owner-operators in the seniors housing and care sector.
WOOD COUNTY, Wis. — Atrium Health and Senior Living, a skilled nursing and seniors housing operator based in New Jersey, has placed 33 of its properties into receivership, according to a Wood County Circuit Court filing. The news was first reported by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
