LAUREL and MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. — Capitol Seniors Housing (CSH), a senior living investment and development firm based in Washington, D.C., has completed construction of Arbor Terrace Morris Plains, an 82-unit assisted living and memory care community in Morris Plains. In addition, the company announced plans for two new communities in Shrewsbury and Mt. Laurel.

The continuing care retirement community, located in Birmingham, recently underwent a $42 million campus-wide redevelopment.

WESTCHESTER, N.Y. — Harborview Capital Partners, a commercial real estate finance, equity and advisory firm, has arranged a $19.2 million bridge-to-HUD acquisition loan and $1.5 million line of credit for a skilled nursing facility in the New York City suburb of Westchester.
