PALMYRA, Pa. — Ziegler has arranged $39.3 million in bond financing for Lebanon Valley Brethren Home. The funds will be used to finance an expansion project at Londonderry Village, a seniors housing community in Palmyra, a small borough near Harrisburg. The 146-acre campus features 374 independent living units, 38 personal care units and 88 skilled nursing beds. CANONSBURG, Pa. — KeyBank’s Community Development Lending & Investment (CDLI) division has provided $23 million in financing for the construction of an affordable seniors housing project in Canonsburg, located about 20 miles south of Pittsburgh. The financing consisted of an $11 million construction loan and $12 million in low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) equity. WEST WHITELAND TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Capitol Seniors Housing has opened Arbor Terrace Exton, an assisted living and memory care community in West Whiteland Township, a suburb of Philadelphia. The 78,000-square-foot community totals 88 units across three interconnected neighborhoods. The site is located near major medical facilities, restaurants and shopping locations. The financing will be used toward five of the borrower’s communities, totaling 7,731 units in Warminster, Pennsylvania; Peabody, Massachusetts; Pompton Plains, New Jersey; Springfield, Virginia; and Tinton Falls, New Jersey.
