The portfolio includes: River Pointe of Trinity Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, a 98-bed skilled nursing facility located in Trinity; Park Village Healthcare and Rehabilitation, a 150-bed skilled nursing facility in De Soto; Skyline Transitional Care Center, an 80-bed skilled nursing facility located in Boise. CHICAGO and LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. — Eclipse Senior Living has announced plans to cease operations in early 2022 as its main landlord, Chicago-based Ventas, moves its 90 Eclipse-managed communities to other operators. Ventas cited a desire to move to more regional, middle-market operators with local expertise. NEWTON, Mass. — Diversified Healthcare Trust (NASDAQ: DHC), a Newton-based REIT, has added five assisted living communities in Wisconsin totaling 300 units to its existing management agreement with Cedarhurst Senior Living within its seniors housing operating portfolio (SHOP).
