LAKEWOOD, Colo. — WellAge Senior Communities, a Lakewood-based developer and operator, has hired Moraine Byrne as senior vice president of operations.

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Argentum, an Alexandria-based seniors housing industry association, has elected Tim Buchanan is the new chairman of its Board of Directors. Buchanan is the president and CEO of Legend Senior Living.

BOSTON — Cushman & Wakefield, a national commercial real estate services company, has made two major changes within its Boston-based Senior Housing Capital Markets Group. Dan Baker has been hired as a director, while Rick Swartz was promoted to vice chair.

OLATHE, Kan. — Integral Senior Living has named Tom Inderhees as the new executive director of Travanse Living at Olathe, a community southwest of Kansas City. Mike Fraser was also hired as the community’s director of sales and marketing.

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. — Discovery Senior Living, a Bonita Springs-based developer and operator, has hired Lisa Welshhons as senior vice president of human resources.
