KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Tutera Senior Living & Health Care, a Kansas City-based operator of 47 communities in 13 states, has promoted Ryan Fischer to vice president of business development. The company also announced that Mike Levitt, vice president and chief compliance officer, has been elected president of the Missouri Board of Nursing Home Administrators.

IRVINE, Calif. — Irvine-based architecture firm KTGY Architecture + Planning has added Jessica Musick as a shareholder in the company. Musick, formerly an associate principal with KTGY, was also named a principal.

WEST ALLIS, Wis. — Heritage Senior Living, a West Allis-based operator, has promoted Pierre Verger from vice president of operations to chief operating officer.

GLENDALE, Ariz. — Cadence Senior Living has appointed Reneé Mayo as executive director at Inspira Arrowhead in Glendale. The community is a joint venture between P.B. Bell and Cadence, scheduled to open in January 2019.

RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Mo. — Allegro, a St. Louis-based operator, has hired Nic Scheibel as executive director of the company’s community currently under construction in nearby Richmond Heights.
