HOUSTON — Paul Chapman, executive vice president and chief development officer of Belmont Village Senior Living, has passed away after a short illness, according to a release from the American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA). Chapman was 64.

DALLAS — Caddis, a healthcare real estate firm headquartered in Dallas, has hired Christine Gorham as director, Southeast region.

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. — Kaufman Lynn Construction has promoted Tayler Novick to human resources manager. The Delray Beach-based general contractor specializes in the multifamily, senior living, country club, education, municipal, healthcare, faith-based, retail and commercial markets.

PHOENIX — Ryan Cos. US Inc. has promoted Tyler Wilson to vice president of real estate development.

CHICAGO — Charter Senior Living has hired Jayne Sallerson as an investor, partner and chief sales and strategy officer. Sallerson will oversee all the sales, marketing and strategy for the company. The new role is effective on Nov. 27, 2017.
