CARLSBAD, Calif. — Integral Senior Living (ISL), an operator based in Carlsbad, has hired Leslie Quintanar as regional director of operations, where she will oversee operations of several ISL communities.

CHICAGO — Ventas Inc. (NYSE: VTR) has elected Walter Rakowich, retired CEO of Prologis, and Roxanne Martino, CEO of Aurora Investment Management, to its Board of Directors. Rakowich will serve on the company’s Audit and Compliance Committee and Martino will serve on its Executive Compensation Committee.
