NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas — National Health Investors Inc. (NYSE: NHI) has acquired a 126-bed skilled nursing facility in the San Antonio suburb of New Braunfels for $13.9 million. The seller and name of facility were not disclosed.

SAN CLEMENTE, Calif. — CareTrust REIT Inc. (NASDAQ: CTRE) has acquired a five-property portfolio of skilled nursing facilities in Illinois for $29.2 million.

JESUP and THOMASTON, Ga. — Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP (HFF) has arranged the sale of Golden Living Center of Jesup and Golden Living Center of Thomaston, skilled nursing facilities totaling 209 beds in Georgia, for $16 million.

MELROSE, Mass. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of Wingate at Melrose, an 82-bed skilled nursing facility located in the Boston suburb of Melrose, for $3.6 million.

HONDO, Texas — Senior Living Investment Brokerage Inc. has arranged the $1.8 million sale of a 75-bed skilled nursing facility in the San Antonio suburb of Hondo.
