ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., and BROWNSVILLE, Texas — CareTrust REIT, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTRE) has acquired two skilled nursing facilities: The Rio at Cabezon, a 136-bed facility located in Albuquerque, and The Rio at Fox Hollow, a 126-bed facility in Brownsville, at the southern tip of Texas along the Mexican border.

DAYTON, Ohio — O&M Investments LLC, which is led by Nick Martinez and Todd Okum, has acquired a skilled nursing facility in Dayton.

BLUE ASH, Ohio — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of Blue Ash Care Center, a 64-bed skilled nursing facility in the Cincinnati suburb of Blue Ash, for $4 million.
