SKOKIE, Ill. — Covenant Retirement Communities Inc., a nonprofit owner-operator, based in Skokie has rebranded. The company will now be named Covenant Living Communities and Services.
The company owns and operates 16 communities in nine states, all of which will be rebranded with the new name. Covenant’s board of directors unanimously approved the new name and logo, which will go into use starting in 2019.
“Covenant Living Communities and Services positions us well as we grow in providing different services for older adults beyond the bricks and mortar of the communities we operate,” says Terri Cunliffe, president and CEO of Covenant. “The new name and logo connects us to our strong Christian heritage, distinctly reflects our values, and projects liveliness, health and growth.”
The organization’s refreshed name also includes the tag line, “Live with Promise.” The rebrand is the result of market research and interviews with individuals that included residents, resident family members, representatives from the Evangelical Covenant Church and several focus groups throughout the country.
