Creative Builders Starts Construction of Phoenix Memory Care Community in South Carolina

SIMPSONVILLE, S.C. — Creative Builders Inc., a South Carolina-based general contractor, has broken ground on The Phoenix at Five Forks, a memory care community in Simpsonville, a Greenville suburb.

The owner, Five Forks Memory Care LLC, is developing a 33,974-square-foot facility with a 48 memory care units.

The Phoenix at Five Forks will be the fourth seniors housing facility Creative Builders has built in Upstate South Carolina.
