GREENVILLE, S.C. — Creative Builders Inc., a South Carolina based general contractor, has started construction on Oakview Park Assisted Living Facility in Greenville.
The Owner, Oakview Park ALF, is developing a 58,163-square-foot facility with 48 assisted living units and 18 memory care units.
Oakview Park will be the third assisted living facility Creative Builders has built in Upstate South Carolina.
