FRANKFORT, Ky. — Domnion Senior Living, a Tennessee-based, nonprofit developer, has unveiled plans for an $8 million seniors housing community in Frankfort.
The 44,000-square-foot community will feature 84 beds. It will be Dominion’s second community in Kentucky, the only area outside its home state of Tennessee where the company has developed.
The Frankfort community plans to start accepting residents in December 2017.
