POMPTON PLAINS, N.J. — Erickson Living has named Todd Delaney as the new executive director of Cedar Crest, a 130-acre continuing care retirement community in the New York City suburb of Pompton Plains.
Since 2005, DeLaney has held a variety of leadership positions at multiple Erickson Living communities. Most recently, he served as executive director and associate director at Seabrook, a sister community located in nearby Tinton Falls. Prior to Seabrook, he worked as the director of continuing care and associate executive director at Brooksby Village in Peabody, Mass. He has also served as a regional operations manager for Erickson Living at the corporate headquarters in Catonsville, Md., and as a project manager at Cedar Crest.
In his new leadership position at Cedar Crest, DeLaney will oversee daily operations for the community’s 1,800 residents and 950 employees.
DeLaney received his MBA in health care administration from Seton Hall University and a bachelor’s degree from Springfield College.
