NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Chris Guay, formerly a senior executive with Emeritus Senior Living and Brookdale Senior Living, has launched a new brand: Vitality Senior Living.
The company is based in Nashville and is currently seeking acquisition and development opportunities in the central and eastern states. The developer and operator will offer independent living, assisted living and memory care, with plans to expand services in the future.
Joining Guay, who will serve as president and CEO, is Elliott Westerman as senior vice president of acquisitions and finance. Westerman was most recently vice president of asset management for Holiday Retirement, and previously served a variety of roles for Emeritus.
Vitality will be a portfolio company for its capital partner, West Partners LLC. The investor already owns a portfolio of seniors housing communities — West Living LLC — in western states, so partnering with Vitality will allow the company to expand through the rest of the U.S.
