CHARLESTON, S.C., and CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Frampton Construction Co., a regional full-service construction firm serving several industries throughout the Carolinas, including seniors housing, has added three new team members. The company hired David Urban and Rick Corley as superintendents and Alex Seglem as project manager.
Working out of the Charleston office, Urban brings over 24 years of experience in the engineering and construction field. He previously worked at M.B. Kahn Construction, where he held both superintendent and senior engineer positions.
Seglem will also work from the Charleston office. Prior to joining Frampton Construction, he served as project manager for New South Construction in Atlanta. he earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management with a minor in business from Georgia Southern University.
Corley will work out of the company’s Charlotte office. He previously held civil and site superintendent positions at Lend Lease in North Carolina. He attended Oklahoma State University and OSU Tech, where he studied civil engineering and construction management.
