Greystar Buys Site in Miami for $10.3M to Develop 216-Unit 55+ Community

MIAMI — Multifamily operator Greystar has purchased a 0.9-acre development site across from the Dadeland Mall in Miami’s Kendall neighborhood for $10.3 million. The company plans to develop a 216-unit active adult community on the site.

Overture Dadeland will be a high-rise property located near major highways, a Metrorail station, Baptist Hospital System and the University of Miami.

HFF arranged the sale on behalf of the seller, Dadeland Building LLC. Manny de Zárraga, Jaret Turkell and Maurice Habif led the HFF team.
