VISTA, Calif. — Guest Services Senior Living and Northstar Commercial Partners have joined forces to renovate and rebrand Vista Gardens, a memory care facility in Vista, approximately midway between Los Angeles and San Diego.

Renovations include enhancing technology that presents falls, as well as physical changes to the property.
