OLATHE, Kan. — Integral Senior Living has named Tom Inderhees as the new executive director of Travanse Living at Olathe, a community southwest of Kansas City. Mike Fraser was also hired as the community’s director of sales and marketing.
Prior to the new position, Inderhees worked in information technology within the senior living industry. He is a graduate of Friends University, where he earned a master’s degree in management information systems and a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems.
Fraser’s main role at Travanse Living at Olathe is to develop relationships between the senior living community and the businesses and organizations in and around the Greater Kansas City area. In addition to attending various community and networking events, his day-to-day tasks include helping residents and their families coordinate all aspects of the move-in process, developing annual marketing plans, and organizing marketing visits to the community.
Prior to his new position, Fraser was the executive vice president for Heritage Tractor. He also spent 30 years as the vice president of sales for Hallmark Cards. Fraser is a graduate of the University of Iowa, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in business administration and management.
Integral Senior Living is a California-based operator with seniors housing communities in 18 states.
