JE Dunn Construction Completes $6.5M Memory Care Expansion Near Atlanta

ROSWELL, Ga. — JE Dunn Construction has completed work on Clare Bridge at Chambrel, a memory care addition to the existing Brookdale Chambrel Roswell community in the Atlanta Suburb of Roswell.

The $6.5 million project adds 34 memory care units in a 27,000-square-foot, one-story building. The existing property already offers independent living and assisted living.

ESa of Nashville, Tenn., was architect for the project. JE Dunn’s Atlanta office managed the construction.
