HILLSBOROUGH, N.J. — Kaplan Development Group LLC has started construction of The All American Assisted Living of Hillsborough, a 112-bed assisted living and memory care community in Hillsborough, located midway between New York City and Philadelphia.
The Congress Companies, a Massachusetts-based construction firm, will build the community, which New York-based Kaplan will own and operate. EGA Architects, also based in Massachusetts, designed the community.
The community will span 58,000 square feet featuring studio units and two-bedroom companion suites.
The Congress Companies expects to complete construction in mid-2017.
