PORTLAND and FOREST GROVE, Ore. — KeyBank Real Estate Capital has arranged $13.3 million in long-term financing for two Oregon-based skilled nursing facilities.
KeyBank provided $8 million for Marquis Centennial, located in Portland, and $5.3 million for Marquis Forest Grove, located in Forest Grove.
Totaling 143 operating beds, both properties are owned by Marquis Companies, a Pacific Northwest owner/operator.
Craig Gulley and Douglas Checketts of KeyBank’s healthcare mortgage banking team arranged the 33-year, fixed-rate HUD loans. Proceeds were used to repay balance sheet loans that closed in 2012.
