KeyBank Originates $62M in Financing for Five-Property Portfolio in Texas

AMARILLO, CLEBURNE, CONROE, CYPRESS and FORT WORTH, Texas — KeyBank Real Estate Capital has originated $62 million in financing for a five-property portfolio of Heartis-branded communities in Texas.

The properties involved in the financing are Heartis Amarillo, in Amarillo; Heartis Cleburne in Cleburne; Heartis Conroe, in Conroe; Heartis Cypress in Cypress; and Heartis Eagle Mountain in Fort Worth. Developed by Caddis, the properties total 352 units.

Grant Saunders and Jay Jordan of Key’s Healthcare Group arranged the financing.
