CHICAGO — Multifamily brokerage firm Kiser Group has launched a new seniors housing division. As part of the new division, industry veteran Mark Myers will join the firm as partner.
Myers brings more than 30 years of experience. Since 1995, he has closed more than 800 seniors housing transactions totaling over $12 billion.
