IRVINE, Calif. — Irvine-based firm KTGY Architecture + Planning has hired Jeremy Agraz as its national development director.
Agraz will create a national development strategy aimed at accomplishing long-term growth for the company.
Agraz is a veteran development executive in the architecture, engineering and planning industry including expertise in multifamily residential, mixed-use, office, corporate real estate, hospitality, transportation, science, technology and higher education.
Agraz has previously held positions with Woods Bagot, Gensler, Flad Architects and HNTB. He is a long-time member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) where he currently sits on the public private partnership national product council. He is active in several urban planning and real estate related organizations including the San Francisco Bay Area Planning & Research Association, the Bay Area Council where he participates on the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Development Committee, and the corporate real estate organization CoreNet.
Agraz holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Skidmore College.
