Lifespace Communities Appoints Amy Brainard as Director of Philanthropic Efforts

DES MOINES, Iowa — Lifespace Communities, a Des Moines-based owner-operator, has appointed Amy Brainard as director of The Lifespace Foundation. The entity seeks to improve the health and welfare of Lifespace residents through philanthropy.

Brainard has extensive experience in fundraising. She comes to Lifespace from the University of Iowa, where she was a leader for advancement fundraising.
