CARMEL, Ind. — Mainstreet, a developer of skilled nursing facilities based in Carmel, has added three new hires at its corporate office — Chris Atkins, Monica Irwin and John Petelik.
Atkins was hired as senior vice president of corporate strategy and analytics. Prior to Mainstreet, he directed the Indiana Office of Management and Budget for Governor Mike Pence. Chris has a bachelor’s degree from Wabash College and a joint J.D./M.P.A from Indiana University. Government Technology magazine named him to the 2015 list of “Top 25 Doers, Dreamers and Drivers.”
Irwin is Mainstreet’s newest executive assistant. She comes to Mainstreet from Pinnacle Partners, where she served as the office manager and executive assistant. Monica attended Indiana University.
Petelik has joined Mainstreet as an associate of private equity fund management. Most recently he served as the vice president of operations at student housing developer Monument LLC. John has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and recently completed an MBA with a concentration in finance.
