CARMEL, Ind. – Mainstreet, the nation’s largest developer of post-acute health care properties, announced several new hires to start off 2015.
Enid Cokinos joins Mainstreet as a new executive assistant. Her previous experience includes contracting work through That’s Good HR and Kelly Services. Enid is a graduate of Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
Itchèlayé Kochikpa is Mainstreet’s new director of financial analysis and valuation. He comes to Mainstreet from HealthLease Properties REIT, where he served as a senior financial analyst. Itchèlayé graduated from the University of Cergy-Pontoise with a master of science in management and a master’s in real estate finance from the University of Paris-Est Marne-La-Vallée, both in France. He also holds an MBA from the Paris Graduate School of Management in France.
Bill Morton joins Mainstreet as the new director of business development. He was most recently with PKF Consulting, a real estate consulting and valuation firm, where he served as a vice president. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University.
Brian O’Grady is Mainstreet’s new managing director – global head of fundraising. He comes to Mainstreet from Brookfield Asset Management, where he served as senior vice president and private equity specialist in the private funds group. Brian earned his B.A. from The Catholic University of America and his MBA from Seton Hall University.
Brandon Robertson joins Mainstreet as a construction project manager. He comes to Mainstreet from Pepper Construction Group. Brandon has a B.S. from Purdue University and an MBA from Ball State University’s Miller College of Business.
Kara Strickland is Mainstreet’s newest development manager. She most recently worked for A&F Engineering. Kara is a graduate of Auburn University. She is also a Make-A-Wish Foundation volunteer.
Andy Van Zee joins Mainstreet as the new associate counsel – government affairs. His experience includes time at Yasmin L. Stump Law Group, the Republican National Committee and various state and national political campaigns. He earned his bachelor’s degree from South Dakota State University and his law degree from Western Michigan University’s Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Andy is an active member of Mercy Road Church.
